We employ close to 50,000 dedicated staff in metropolitan, regional and remote areas of WA to attend to the health needs of our growing population.

The WA Health Graduate Development Program attracts well-rounded graduates who seek a dynamic and highly advantageous introduction to a career in WA Health. Annually, the GDP attracts graduates with diverse skills from a wide variety of academic backgrounds, all of whom share an interest in health, and are passionate about contributing to continuous improvement of the health system and community health outcomes.
TheWA Health Graduate Development Program runs for 12 months commencing in January every year with the 2023 program commencing on 23 January 2023.
