“All the support that we were told we would receive in the graduate program has happened, they have followed through on everything. We have gotten the support, the induction modules and graduate meetings, everyone is willing to support you, it is great.” – 2023 Graduate.

Why Join National 360 as a Graduate?

At National 360, we understand that graduating from university studies and entering the workforce is an important milestone, and we are committed to facilitating a positive transition from university to part-time or full-time work.

Our Graduate Program has been specifically designed for Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, and Behaviour Support graduates and Early Career Therapists who want to work within a community setting. The 12-month program includes an initial 12-week induction where Graduates will engage in both formal & informal learning, observational sessions, joint appointments, and team activities & events. Following induction, Graduates continue to receive increased supervision & support, attend Graduate-specific workshops, and work within defined career development plans to support their career goals at the conclusion of the Program, whether it’s working in a specific area of practice, working in a generalist capacity, or pursuing a career in clinical supervision or operational management.

When selecting our Graduate Cohort, we look for team members who bring different perspectives, attitudes, and qualities in-line with our diversity and inclusion strategy. We welcome applications from people of any socioeconomic status, age, race, national origin or ethnicity, people with disabilities and people who identify with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Our Program has been specifically designed for Graduates and Early Career Therapists who want to work within the NDIS, aged care and insurance sectors within a community setting. While the Program is designed to increase your generalist skills, our unique allocations process and supervision structure enables us to tailor caseloads and education in consideration of your preferences and areas of interest.

At National 360, we are supportive of all team members working flexibly. You can choose to work from home or from an office location and can adjust your working hours so you can work the way that best suits your individual needs and preferences.
