What we Do

CPE Group provide health care services and related staffing solutions to individuals and organisations across Perth Metro area. We pride ourselves on the high level of care offered by our dedicated team. We listen to our Clients needs and their best interests are always our primary focus whilst being responsive and respectful at all times. Our flexible services are tailored to suit Client’s individual requirements from a minimum of 1 hour engagement up to 24 hour live in care.

We are a Government approved provider of homecare services under the Government’s My Aged Care programme. We are also an approved provider for NDIS, (National Disability Insurance Scheme), DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) and IHP (Interim Hospital Packages) services. Since 1998 we have been providing services under brokerage agreements to many well known care organisations in WA as well as to privately funded individuals.

Our Staff

Our team includes:

  • Support Workers
  • Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
  • Assistants in Nursing (AINs)
  • Patient Care Assistants (PCAs)

Staff work experience, skills & qualifications required :

Our support team must hold industry required certification, i.e. Cert 111/IV in Community/Aged Care/ Disability Care and have Australian healthcare work experience references. All of our support workers attend compulsory annual refresher training to maintain their skills and experience levels to remain actively supporting our Clients.

Subjects include:

  • Self Assist Medication (1 year expiry check)
  • Fire Safety (1 year expiry check)
  • Basic Life Support (1 year expiry check)
  • Manual Handling (1 year expiry check)
  • Infection Control (1 year expiry check)
  • Responsive Behaviour (1 year expiry check)
  • Food safety (1 year expiry check)

Compulsory checks include :

  • Police Clearance Certificate (3 years expiry check)
  • Working with Children Check (3 years expiry check)
  • First Aid Certificate (3 years expiry check)
  • Driving Licence
  • Vehicle Insurance
