Storm Crow

Storm Crow completed a double degree in Professional Writing and Publishing and Marketing at Curtin University, and after successfully completing work experience with Careers, Employment & Leadership she took on a short role as a Communications Assistant.

Prior to working at Curtin, she gained experience as a Communications and Events Coordinator for a cheese and wine bar, and put her hand up to manage social media accounts for a well-known Freo restaurant. Storm champions the invaluable experiences she gained from vocational placements and co-curricular internships throughout her degree, all of which played an important role in leading her to fulltime graduate employment.

She writes with a dynamic perspective having been an ambitious university student, coupled with experience in communications, events and marketing; Storm has an awareness of both sides of the student and professional fence.

With a passion for all things career development, she lives by the quote said by Sir Richard Branson – “if someone offers you an amazing opportunity and you’re not sure how to do it, say yes and learn how to do it later.”
