Well that’s it – semester is finished, assignments are submitted, and exams are done!
Over the semester break, we’ll still be running a few events alongside our core services and support.
Meet The Recruiter | Wednesday 17 November | B101 Foyer
Have some questions about a Recruit Curtin opportunity on UniHub? Drop by B101 between 10am and 2pm to speak to one of the team involved in recruiting for these positions.
USEP Appointments | Wednesday 17 November | Online & on-campus
Are you a current Curtin student who identifies with having a disability, injury or health condition? Book an appointment between 11am and 1pm for tailored, one-on-one, employment support from a dedicated Disability Specialist Consultant? Appointments available through UniHub.
Resume Clinic | Wednesday 17 November | B101 Foyer
If you’d like face-to-face feedback on your resume, book a one-to-one spot at our weekly Resume Clinic. Held every Wednesday, bring along a hard copy of your application and our Career Development Officer will have a look at it for you. Time slots available through UniHub.
If you can’t make it to the Resume Clinic, you can still get feedback on your resume. Our VMock service provides instant resume feedback, with ratings and suggestions. Create an account using [email protected], and upload your resume for immediate review.
Next week is Graduate Gateway – interactive workshops that cover planning ahead for the career you want, job applications, and building your professional networks. With a series of online sessions across the first three days and an in-person intensive on the final day, you can pick and choose the topics that interest you.
