What’s On 16 – 27 November

We all know what’s on over the next couple of weeks… exams! So good luck, study hard, and don’t forget to breathe.

Even though classes are done and semester break is coming soon, you can still speak to one of our team.

Here’s what’s happening in B101 for the next few weeks…

Drop in career conversations | 10am – 12pm | Monday to Friday
Speak to the Careers team, no appointment needed. Have a chat about your career plans, job search strategies, and what you can do with your degree.

Exploring Leadership | 10am – 1pm | Mondays
There may be more to leadership than you imagine. Call in to find out more about developing your leadership skills.

Volunteering Q&A | 10am – 1pm | Tuesdays
Thinking about volunteering, but not sure where to start? Stop by for a chat with one of the Community Programs team to find out where to begin.

Course Switching | 1pm – 4pm | Tuesdays
Not sure if your current course is the right one for you? The Careers team can help with the decision making process behind switching courses, or not.

Job Spotlight | 10am – 1pm | Wednesdays
Looking for work? Speak to the Recruit Curtin team about what opportunities are available, on and off campus, and how you can join one of their talent pools.

Job Applications | 10am – 1pm | Thursdays
Applying for jobs? Want to make the most of your applications? Bring your resume and cover letter along and work on maximising their impact.

And here’s what’s happening online…

Career conversations
Have an online chat about your career plans, job search strategies, and what you can do with your degree. You’ll find us online between 2pm and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Job application reviews
Submit your job application documents online for review by one of our Careers team. Upload your resume, cover letter or selection criteria to UniHub, ensuring you follow the directions in the blue box, and allow up to five working days for feedback.
