Day three of our Careers for Tomorrow Festival.

On Wednesday, come and see what’s on offer at the Creative Industries Exhibitor Zone. You can also attend the Prepare to Network workshop to get you equipped for that upcoming networking event!

Interested in starting your own business? Hear how entrepreneurs have successfully turned their ideas into reality and how you can also do so at the Exploring Entrepreneurship event.

If you’re curious about a career in accounting, let professionals from leading accounting firms share their Accounting Insights & Pathways.

Creative Industries Exhibitor Zone
This is your opportunity to connect with employers the arts and social sciences industries, including graphic design and media. Are you a budding entrepreneur? This is your day too!
Exhibitors include The Communications Council, Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA), West Television Limited Perth (WTV Perth), Revelation Perth International Film Festival, AWESOME Arts, Department of Education WA, Department of Local Gov, Sports and Cultural Industries, The Aurora Project, Aussizz Migration and Education, Bloom, Curtin Illustration Club and Curtin Writers Club.

Prepare to Network
An interactive and collaborative preliminary communications workshop to help you prepare for industry networking events. You’ll learn how to effectively prepare for industry networking opportunities, develop confidence in your approach to networking and how to craft meaningful conversations.

Exploring Entrepreneurship
Turn a bright idea into commercial success! Join us for an opportunity to gain insight into entrepreneurship, listen to a panel of incredibly successful entrepreneurs share insights into their journeys, learn how to take your idea to the next level and meet other student entrepreneurs. A full scholarship for the CERI Entrepreneurial Mindset Program, valued over $2000, is also up for grabs!

Accounting Insights & Pathways
Are you thinking of a career in accounting? Want to find out more about the industry and the varied careers/pathways that are possible? This event is an opportunity to gain personal career insights from our industry professionals to help you design your future career in accounting.
5:30pm – 7:00pm, B500.1120 Please note venue change

Remember, if you participate in three or more Festival activities, including the Exhibitor Zones, and give us your feedback, you will go in the running to win $1500 towards a professional development opportunity of your choice, sponsored by Rio Tinto. We will email all eligible students a link to the evaluation form at the conclusion of the Festival.
