Enhancing your employability through real world experience

We talk a lot about employability on this website, and there is no better way to prepare yourself for graduate employment than through our John Curtin Leadership Academy (JCLA). Luckily for you, applications are now open!

If you are successful, you will take part in an intensive leadership skills program (including co-curricular workshops and a camp) and further develop your skills by working in a team on real community projects. It’s a win win – you have a great opportunity to enhance your employability skills, while making a positive impact in your local community.

Graduates of JCLA attribute the program with developing their leadership skills, learning self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and ultimately determining their core values – all essential elements for career success. They also have fantastic practical experiences to share with employers when interviewing for that dream graduate job.

For more information, please visit our website. If we’ve convinced you, and you’d like to apply now, fill in this form on UniHub.

Applications close at 9am (WST) on Friday 19 May 2017 (deadline extended)
