Surviving life after university

Life after university can be a daunting time, with graduate positions, employment, work and career prospects to think about, so here are some practical and fun tips to get you through this period.

Boost your employment

Get involved in your community

Think about your skills and study something new

  • Read books on topics you’re interested in
  • Watch a TED talk
  • Try Curtin’s new MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses)
  • Do a free short course with Alison , Lynda.com or Open2Study

Remember, Curtin Careers & Employment Centre is open until Thursday 22 December and will reopen on Monday 9 January, and is available to all students for up to a year after you graduate.
