Jon Le Breton, Pride in Diversity, will be running an interactive session to provide participants with an overall understanding of the importance LGBTI workplace inclusion, the unique challenges often faced by their LGBTI colleagues and the impact that a workplace culture has on the day-to-day experiences of its employees.
